01 Authorized Use Only
By using GuardAPI ("the Service"), you explicitly represent and warrant that you are the verified owner or have obtained written authorization from the owner of the API explicitly targeted by your scan.
Ethical Hacking Warranty
Scanning third-party infrastructure without explicit consent is illegal. We cooperate fully with law enforcement for any reported unauthorized activity. All scans are logged with traceback telemetry.
02 Traceability & Security Logs
To maintain the integrity of our network, we retain essential metadata for every audit initiation. This data is used solely for security and legal verification.
03 Disclaimer & Non-Reliance
The Service is provided "AS IS". GuardAPI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of reports. **Automated analysis is not a complete substitute for expert human penetration testing.**
GuardAPI shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use of the service or any security breach occurring on systems previously scanned.
04 Indemnification
"You agree to defend and indemnify GuardAPI against any third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms, specifically unauthorized system auditing."
